Common questions

Restoring purchases

Open Poppi Pop, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Locked modes or packs

Some modes and theme packs are optional one-time purchases. If something you bought still looks locked, restore purchases first.

Parent gate

Before any real purchase, Poppi Pop shows a quick parent gate. This is designed to keep purchases in adult hands and cannot be skipped.

Progress and achievements

Poppi Pop saves progress on your device. If the app is deleted or device storage is cleared, local progress may be removed.

Sound and voice prompts

Open Settings in Poppi Pop to turn sound effects, music, and voice prompts on or off independently.

Privacy
